Parenting Scholarship

Our children are our area’s greatest asset and the best support we can offer them is quality parenting – which is the worlds hardest job! The purpose of this fund is to provide opportunities and support for local parents to upskill parenting tools and techniques through a variety of programmes, by taking away the financial barrier.  CLICK HERE for all details and the Form!

July Holiday Programmes

These programmes run for the first week in each of the school holidays. They are Child Youth & Family (CYF) approved, WINZ supplement approved and contracted to the MSD. Junior activities include Games Day,Theatre, Inflatable World and a Carnival Day!  Senior activities include trips to Living Springs, Mini Golf, the movies, baking, team challenges and heaps of games!

EPIC Dance Party 2015

Resources Needed…

NEEDED…Stage 1 of the Building Renovation will be opening in just over 2 weeks – New Foyer, New Sports Gym, New Youth Lounge and Courtyard! However we are short of some new resources to fill it. Children’s Sign Language

Children can celebrate New Zealand Sign Language Week by taking part in a 45 minute beginners sessions at New Brighton Library on Wednesday May 13th from 3.30pm to 4.15pm. For more details see this link or pop into the Library
