Time: 12pm – 5pm (EXCEPT THURSDAY 9AM – 5PM)
What to bring: Lunch or money to buy food if not eaten before arrival, snacks, drink, sun block.
Medication. Any special equipment depending on the days activities.
Where: Based at Grace Vineyard Beach Campus

Welcome back to school everyone! We’re currently recruiting volunteers and having leaders meetings – to get ready for an awesome year. CLUBS will start on the week of 25th Feb – including new club for Year 9 & 10’s – SURGE on Monday Nights!

Sodium Breakaway Jan 15th – 18th 2013

Sodium Breakaway is the name of our FREE holiday programme for High Schoolers in the summer holidays!!  It’s not a kids programme though – it’s made for teens, that’s why we start at midday!

A week of awesome activities, like Adrenalin Forest, Movies, Stone Carving & Hanmer Springs!  We have 37 places available, but they will fill up – so don’t waste time:

Otautahi Youth Council Members Wanted!!!

We are looking for new council members to help us represent the voice of young people in Canterbury in 2013 (age range is 12-24years).
If you are a young person who has ideas about how you want your city to be, want to meet and talk with decision makers or want to work on project and issues that affect young people, or just meet some other like minded people and help to make positive change…its going to be heaps of fun, and now is the time to jump on board and get those older decision makers listening and action-ing your thoughts/plans!

We are looking for executive members who can attend monthly meetings, help to plan and implement our annual youth forum, manage a reference group and other cool stuff too…also looking for members to join one of the following reference groups to help get track-on on issues/changes: Education, Employment, Community Action, Arts and Culture, Wellbeing, Rebuild, Environment, Justice and Legal rights.

Applications close 26th November 2012. (Non-scary) Interviews first week of Dec
