The successful candidate will have good experience in the youthwork sector and also the ability to manage staff and volunteers. They will take responsibility for most of the practical programmes ran by Youth Alive Trust and be able to lead clubs and holiday programmes themselves. They will have good organisational skills, administration skills and beliefs that align with the trust deed.
